Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TOKIO ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Platform Services

3.1 Discover

Browse and discover new token pairs launched on various Solana launchpads. Information provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

3.2 Arena

Participate in coin battles by placing bets on which token will have a higher percentage gain. Minimum bet is 0.5 SOL. A 2% platform fee is charged on winnings.

3.3 Trade

Execute leveraged trades on eligible tokens. Leverage limits are based on market cap:

• $10M - $100M MC: Maximum 2-3x leverage
• $100M - $1B MC: Maximum 10-20x leverage
• $1B+ MC: Maximum 50-100x leverage

A 1% commission is charged on all trades.

3.4 Create

Launch your own token on supported launchpads. You are solely responsible for the tokens you create and their compliance with applicable laws.

4. Wallet Connection

To use our services, you must connect a compatible Solana wallet. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet.

5. Risks

CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING INVOLVES SIGNIFICANT RISK. YOU MAY LOSE ALL OF YOUR INVESTED CAPITAL.

• Token prices are highly volatile and can change rapidly
• Leveraged trading amplifies both gains and losses
• Arena bets can result in complete loss of your bet amount
• New tokens may have low liquidity and high slippage
• Smart contract risks exist on all blockchain transactions
• Past performance does not guarantee future results

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
• Create tokens for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Platform
• Use bots or automated systems without authorization
• Circumvent any security measures
• Impersonate others or provide false information

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by TOKIO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOKIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TOKIO and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
